A Beautiful Lillibrooke Manor Wedding for Sarah & Alex
Sarah & Alex’s day at Lillibrooke Manor was the perfect mix of heartfelt emotion, relaxed celebration, and understated elegance. With everything taking place on-site - from morning prep in the Tack Barn and Cottage Room to the ceremony in the Small Barn and the party in the Great Barn - the entire day flowed effortlessly from one moment to the next. Lillibrooke Manor is known for its warm, rustic charm, and this wedding made full use of the venue’s atmosphere and character.
Morning Prep and Ceremony at Lillibrooke Manor
The morning began quietly, with Sarah and her bridal party getting ready at Lillibrooke Manor from early on. There’s something special about couples choosing to get ready at the same venue where they’ll marry - it adds a calm, natural rhythm to the day.
Meanwhile, guests gathered in the Small Barn for a 2pm ceremony, filling the space with soft chatter and anticipation. When Sarah entered, the room shifted completely - emotional, warm, and deeply personal. The ceremony felt beautifully intimate, one of those moments where the barn seems to close in around the couple in the best possible way.
Drinks Reception, Photos, and the Great Barn Dinner
After the I-do’s, everyone spilled outside for the drinks reception. This is always one of the best parts of a Lillibrooke Manor wedding - the venue’s courtyards and gardens offer endless little corners for candid filming. The couple slipped away for a short, relaxed photo session with Selen Photography before rejoining their guests.
The Great Barn was set for the wedding breakfast, styled with florals by Diamond Lush Events and warm lighting that suited the space perfectly. Speeches were spaced between courses - a format that worked brilliantly. Sarah and Alex spoke first, followed later by both mothers and the best man, each bringing a mix of laughter, stories, and emotion that kept the room engaged the whole way through.
Evening Celebrations in the Great Barn
As golden hour faded into the evening, guests returned to the Great Barn for dancing. The first dance at 8pm was one of the standout moments of the night - simple, romantic, and full of that “just married” joy. DJ Lee Russell kept the dance floor full, and the entire space felt alive right through the evening.
Sarah & Alex’s Lillibrooke Manor wedding was the perfect combination of relaxed countryside charm and genuine emotion. A beautiful day, a beautiful venue, and a couple who made it completely their own.
