Essex Wedding Videography - Black Sheep Films

Essex might not be the first county that springs to mind for weddings, but it has some genuinely impressive venues - and I've filmed some brilliant days there. From the historic grandeur of New Hall School to the beautiful country estate of Braxted Park, it's a county that consistently surprises.

I'm Mike, a Brighton-based wedding videographer specialising in cinematic, documentary-style wedding films for relaxed couples across Essex and the South East. Natural, unobtrusive filming - minimal equipment, no directing or posing, just your day captured as it actually happened.

Below are two Essex weddings I've filmed - I hope they give you a feel for what I do.

New Hall

With a history dating back to Henry VIII, by way of Oliver Cromwell, New Hall in Essex is the perfect place to get married. With grand Tudor architecture and lavishly detailed interiors, New Hall exudes timeless elegance and grandeur. Click the image to watch Danielle & Dom’s big day.

Braxted park

Situated in 500 acres of rolling parkland, Braxted Park is a Grade II listed mansion. A perfect blend of classic elegance and rural haven, Braxted makes the perfect backdrop to any wedding. Click the image to see Sheena & Pranal’s Hindu wedding.
